Creative Services Project Coordinator Job Description
As a Creative Services Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the daily traffic and intake operations within the Creative Services department. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from managing project development processes and serving as the main execution lead for critical workstreams such as Field Marketing/Sales Enablement and Paid/Organic social media. This role is crucial in managing the intake and workflow processes, resourcing and ensuring projects are delivered on time to meet client requirements. Expertise and utilization of our Workfront automated platform tool is essential.
What you’ll do as a Creative Services Project Coordinator:
- Manage the daily traffic and intake operations for the CS department, ensuring seamless coordination of workload assignments and overseeing all work intake processes
- Oversee low to mid-level business initiatives from initiation to closure
- Serve as Project Owner on wide range of projects, updating schedules, and communications
- Balance workload assignments for the creative team and ensuring projects are delivered on time
- Support training for new Traffic contractors and users, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to fulfill their roles effectively including documentation
- Support the Workfront automated platform tool used to intake and manage all projects in the department, ensuring efficient optimization, utilization and troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Collaborate and liaise with the Content and Web Ops Operations team for publishing transitions and assignments
What you’ll bring to the Creative Services Project Coordinator role:
- 6+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, or related field
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure
- Proven experience in project management and execution and/or traffic management, preferably in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of social media, both paid and organic channels
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications including Excel – pivot tables preferred
