We are excited to be able to offer an opportunity to grow with us as an expanding company. The applicant must be motivated, knowledgeable, and team oriented. The applicant must not only show growth and progression in their previous jobs (including titles) but also have a minimum of 5 years of Management and Culinary performance. As Chef de Cuisine, your vision must include a sense of your current position as well as where you want to go. You must have clear sight both in terms of your own areas of responsibility and those of your company at large. This vision will inform your strategic direction overall, but it also impacts all the little things you and your team do every day.
The applicant must be proficient with word, excel and outlook. Must also know how to generate P&L reports, labor budgets, food budgets, staff schedules and bring profit to the company during the expansion. The applicant must also be available to work during the time we need the most, even though working every day is not required or encouraged but time management is a must. As an Executive Chef you need to report to Mayfair Hospitality Group daily with the best results possible. Be the best on customer service, a great team player, and care about property assets. After 60 days of payroll, the applicant is eligible for benefits including medical (50% base plan) and 401k with PTO that will be acquired over time for a max of 10 days per year.
