Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a Doorman to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will greet residents and guests, secure the premises, and identify risks to staff and patrons. This is a night shift position from 11 pm to 7 am.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to ensure the safety of the residents
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Ensure guests are screened and that any issues are reported promptly to Management.
- Report deliveries to residents via building link and phone
- Request emergency personnel by contacting the superintendent.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience at Doorman buildings or other related fields
- Familiarity with building link
- Ability to handle the physical workload by keeping the main entrance clean and storing packages for residents
- Strong attention to detail
