Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) at The New Home Collective, you will tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads. You will also schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists
- This role is primarily in-office with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers.
- Building and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our CRM
- Scheduling of appointments, e-mail communication, coordination and outbound calling.
- Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
- Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
- Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
- Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
Requirements
- Mandatory requirements: Team oriented, learning based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed.
- Multi-lingual a plus.
- $30k Base plus commission with potential to earn $70k-$100k+
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High school diploma required, bachelors degree preferred
- Candidates must have or be pursuing a real estate license
- Valid U.S. drivers license with the ability to travel by car
