Family Nurse Practitioner FNP Bi-lingual (Spanish)

Established Private Family Practice group looking for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team as a full time FNP. You will focus on providing high quality patient care to adult patients on a scheduled and unscheduled basis. Looking for Full-Time, Monday - Thursday 9- 5:30 PM, Friday 9- 2:30 PM. Saturday hours could be added if Provider needs off during the week.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Required license or certification: NYS Nurse Practitioner
• Flexible work schedule
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Spanish speaking a plus
