RECRUITER (BEHAVIORAL HEALTH) $1000 Sign-On Bonus

The Behavioral Wellness Center, located in the heart of North Central Philadelphia, is a long-standing behavioral health facility that serves a diverse, under-served patient population. We offer a comprehensive continuum of care in addictive services, from detoxification services, residential care, outpatient services, and acute and sub-acute psychiatric services. Our mission is to provide quality health care, treatment, prevention and education in our facilities and in the community.

Immediate opportunity available for a Full-time Recruiter to process and manage the recruitment, on-boarding and retention programs for all positions within the facility, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Must have excellent computer skills & working knowledge of of current, effective recruitment methods; Microsoft Office; a HRIS / Applicant tracking system; EEO, ADA, DOL, FLSA, affirmative action and confidentiality guidelines and laws as well as a thorough knowledge of HR methods, techniques, laws and regulations. A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred (although extensive recruitment experience in a healthcare environment will be considered in lieu of degree). Must have strong written, oral, presentation, interviewing and organizational skills. Experience in behavioral health or long term care recruitment in a union environment preferred. Bilingual capabilities a plus.
