Job Description

Calico, Blagden Hospitality's bustling urban backyard, tucked away in Blagden Alley, is looking for Shift Supervisors.

Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing according to company procedures

- Shift management, ensuring flow of service is executed well
- Cash Handling

- Ensuring staff shows on time to scheduled shifts
- Assist with training for new hires
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with ordering and inventory

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality
- Ability to obtain ABRA license and Food Managers License
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in POS system once trained, including backend

Open to full-time and part-time. Friday through Monday and evening availability a must. We look forward to meeting you!
