An established law firm with a dynamic Corporate Practice is offering an excellent opportunity for a skilled Corporate Paralegal in our Brickell office. This role is designed for a professional with a strong background in corporate law and transactional matters.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to manage a broad spectrum of corporate legal functions. The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate and transactional law, demonstrating a capacity to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to proactively complete tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing corporate formations, stock transfers, and maintaining corporate records.
• Assisting with a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital investments.
• Maintaining and updating capitalization records and corporate minute books.
• Preparing and filing legal documents with governmental entities and handling public records research.
• Ensuring compliance with legal standards and firm policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant corporate and transactional experience.
• A Paralegal Certificate is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required.
