Job Description

1. Conduct legal research using various resources such as legal databases, statutes, and case law to support attorneys in case preparation.

2. Assist with drafting and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and briefs.

3. Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly indexed and accessible.

4. Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in litigation matters to gather information and evidence.

5. Prepare and maintain case calendars, scheduling deadlines, hearings, and court appearances.

6. Assist attorneys during trials by managing exhibits, taking notes, and providing logistical support.

7. Review and analyze discovery materials, including responses to interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery requests.

8. Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits, trial binders, and other trial-related materials.

9. Maintain communication with clients, providing updates on case status and responding to inquiries as necessary.

10. Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
