LINE COOK/KITCHEN STAFF

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Line Cook to join our team. MUST be able to effectively read kitchen tickets, be good with a knife, slice/chop/weigh & portion smoked meats, portion sides, neatly plate food, keep ticket times at a minimum. Must be on time daily, have a good attitude and be a team player. It will get busy at times so you must be able to work well in a fast paced environment.
Wednesday - Saturday 9:30am - 9pm. Free lunch provided on break. Hourly wage plus tip pooling. Average $16-18hr after tips are applied. Weekly Pay, Direct Deposit.
