Job Description

The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for identifying potential candidates for our clients within North America

Financial Services recruitment
Conducting in person and virtual meetings/presentations with key clients and candidates
Continuous sourcing of multiple skill sets within Finance
Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond; including sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.
Identify, develop and manage client business relationships
Qualify candidates through review of resume and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements

Profile

The successful Recruitment Consultant will have the following:

1-6 years of sales and/or recruiting experience in Financial Services Recruitment
Knowledge of CPA accounting firms
Experience exceeding sales goals
Knowledge of a KPI driven environment
Articulate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong competitive individual drive- yet able to work in a team focused environment
