Role
As a Fabrication Manager (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Manager), you'll oversee all shop floor activities related to production and quality control. You'll ensure delivery schedules are met, control labor costs, monitor daily production output, and contribute to equipment maintenance. You'll also provide leadership, coordinate with customer service and warehouse teams, and lead continuous improvement projects.

- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing.
