Job Title: PMO Engagement Delivery Consultant
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Columbus, OH and/or Merrillville, IN
Period: 06/01/2024 to 6/30/2025
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Rate: $110/hour
Contract Type: 1099 or W-2

Scope of Services:

The PMO Engagement Delivery Consultant plays a pivotal role in organizing and managing project repositories on SharePoint while contributing to heavy data analysis in Excel, creating high-level presentations, and ensuring effective communications within the project team. Reporting to the Project Management Office (PMO), this position involves analyzing project data, maintaining documentation, supporting resource management, and coordinating project meetings. Additionally, the PMO Engagement Delivery Consultant is responsible for ensuring that the broader team understands the big picture, key activities, and the critical path across different teams and silos.

Responsibilities:

Communications:
- Ensure the broader team understands the big picture, key activities, and the critical path across different teams and silos through frequent communication.
Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret project data to provide insights into project performance.
- Prepare reports and dashboards in Excel to effectively communicate key project metrics.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate regular project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Resource Management:
- Support resource managers in tracking and allocating resources for projects.
- Contribute to resource forecasting and planning efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 years) in a project/program management role.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
