Job Description

Malace|HR is seeking a Healthcare Maintenace Supervisor to oversee hospital maintenance at an acute care facility in Webster, TX. The position will be working for a multi billion dollar Facilities Management/Services company. Qualified individuals with have prior healthcare/commercial building experience and have overseen maintenance technicians.

Responsibilities:

Manage, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for Facility Management services within assigned facilities and geography
Prepare, submit and manage facility budgets with the clients' goals and objectives addressed, track variances and ensure smooth recovery process
Managed outside contractors and vendors within given scope and budget
Assist with the development and implementation of the annual management plan for the buildings within the area
Develop Technicians in management skills and maturity through leadership and mentoring
Support the IFM team in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the Client
Other duties as assigned
