- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints for future reference.

- Continuously stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals with a passion for helping others.
