Position requires a minimum of 1-5 years of construction experience. A Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, architecture or a related field is required.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join our team. Our Company specializes from small projects to new constructions and commercial renovations. The candidate oversees planning, scheduling, budgeting, costs and controls,
sub-contractor negotiation, selection and oversight, as well as ensuring high
standards of quality and safety, in a timely and professional manner consistent
with Company policy and regulatory requirements. This position develops project objectives and goals, manages team members and keeps Principal informed on all progress on projects.

RESPONSABILITIES:

· Develop, plan, update, communicate and implement master project schedule.

. Implement Project Manager Company’s Software.

· Manage project conception; perform layout planning for site and infrastructure.

· Work with design and construction team to create a cost-effective plan to the client.

· Coordinate efforts of contractors, sub-contractors, architects, consultants and field laborers.

· Oversee daily Project activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and schedules.

· Ensure state, local and federal safety and environmental requirements are met.

· Manage Project budget, minimize and track expenses; provide finance reporting including A/R and A/P.

· Manage Project schedules, cost controls, risk analysis and permit processes.

· Communicate Project progress and updates, keep Management informed.

· Assess completed project and report on results.

. Strong print reading ability, excellent organization skills.

. Be familiar with Project Management Software platform.

. Prior experience shall include projects with challenging site conditions, foundations a variety of superstructures, new constructions and renovation. Commercial and Residential.

. Must be able to travel to projects between New York and Connecticut.

. Work with design and construction team to create a cost-effective plan to the client.
