Wisler Plumbing and Air has a few limited openings for amazing candidates who are looking to learn the plumbing, HVAC, and water quality industry! Responsibilities

• Perform commercial HVAC maintenance, and repair, focusing on light commercial projects.
• Conduct thorough inspections of HVAC systems to identify issues, diagnose problems, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control system components of HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and provide support during complex installations or repairs.
• Comply with safety guidelines and regulations while working on HVAC systems to maintain a safe working environment.
• Document all service and maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts used, for accurate record-keeping.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing technical information, recommendations, and explanations of HVAC system issues.

Job requirements

• 2 Years of previous experience in HVAC, with a preference for candidates with some commercial HVAC experience
• Effective and professional communication skills
• Work references from past supervisors, managers, and co-workers
• Clean driving record - no more than 1 moving violation in 3 years (no reckless/dui)
• Clean background check and acceptable work/character references
• Pre-employment and random drug testing
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Physical Requirements

• Able to enter and exit trucks without endangering yourself or others
• Able to lift heavy equipment
• Able to work in heat and cold and observe proper safety precautions while doing so
• Able to bend, kneel, climb stairs and stand for extended time periods.
