Director of Operations

Our client is a thriving Manufacturing company, and they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to oversee their company's daily operations, and drive efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, manage resources effectively, and ensure operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of products and warehousing including but not limited to:

- Maintaining products and inventory

- Supervising and overseeing warehouse & office employees

- Managing international correspondences and tracking overseas shipments

- Processing sales and purchase orders

- Assisting customers with pricing, availability, and technical support

Requirements:

- 10 years business experience within Manufacturing.

- Candidate should possess a high-level of organization and attention to detail.

- Ability to multi-task both independently and as a team player

- Computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems/programs

- Previous inventory and customer service experience a plus

- Proficient in Sage 100 a plus as well.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
