Job Description

We’re searching for a responsible, reliable bell attendant to ensure our guests have an incredible stay at our hotel. You’ll be responsible for greeting guests upon their arrival and departure, helping guests with luggage, assisting the front desk staff, and responding to guest requests as needed. $10+ hourly

Responsibilities:

Ensure no guest is left unattended by supporting the front desk staff with check-in and service requests
Answer guest requests and assist with other duties as assigned such as bringing up room service, delivering mail and dry cleaning, and checking luggage for storage
Keep the bell desk neat and tidy at all times
Greet guests when they arrive and leave the hotel
Unload guest luggage and take items up to their room safely and professionally

Drive guests within two-mile radius
Drive Wedding party guests to reception halls

Qualifications:

Displays exceptional customer service and communication skills
A high school diploma or equivalent such as a GED is required
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift over 25 pounds
1 year of previous experience as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar position in customer service
Flexible work schedule with availability to work on weekends and holidays
