About the Role:
As a Content Marketing Manager, Product, you will spearhead the development of our product's core value propositions and key selling points, ensuring they resonate with our target audiences. Your role is pivotal in translating marketing strategies and industry-focused initiatives into impactful assets that support sales pipeline activities, deal closures, and overall company growth. As a member of the content team, you will have a significant impact on Dialpad's overall positioning and the ability to work on several high-impact projects.

Responsibilities:

Development of Core Value Propositions: Create and refine the core messaging and selling points of Dialpad products to ensure they align with market needs and corporate objectives.
Process Development: Build and standardize repeatable, scalable processes with sales enablement for educating sales teams through always-on sales plays and programs.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Foster consensus, alignment, and engagement across multiple departments including Marketing, Sales and Product.
Keynote + Event Messaging: Work closely with our event and PR teams to create impactful slide deck presentations that our execs and champions will deliver.
Messaging and Positioning: Work with the Marketing and Product teams to lead the strategy and execution of messaging and positioning for target personas in collaboration with global Go-to-Market teams, Campaigns, Content, and Corporate Marketing.

Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on product communications within a tech-focused environment.
Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex product features into compelling marketable content.
Experience in creating strategic marketing content that translates into measurable business results.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing or related fields are a plus.
A collaborative spirit capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results and align on common goals.
