Customer Service Advisor

In this role, you'll be responsible for selling our products/services directly to potential customers through various face-to-face channels such as events, pop-ups, retail stores, and guerrilla marketing tactics. You'll be part of an energetic team focused on driving results and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers in various face-to-face settings to promote and sell our products/services.
• Educate customers about the features and benefits of our offerings, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Create a positive and memorable experience for customers, building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.
• Actively participate in promotional events, demonstrations, and other marketing activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
• Collaborate with team members and management to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
