Job Title: Junior Immigration Attorney (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Location: 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal support across various immigration cases including DACA renewals, family petitions, and naturalization.
Accurately prepare and file legal documents with immigration authorities.
Regularly communicate with clients, guiding them through their immigration journey with updates and expert advice.

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.
Bar license in good standing; Washington DC or Virginia licenses preferred.
Demonstrated interest in immigration law through past internships or work/ law school experiences.
Adequate remote work setup with a PC or laptop, webcam, monitors, and speakers.

Compensation:
