Job Title: Junior Immigration Attorney (Full-Time/Part-Time)

Location: 100% Remote

Our Washington, DC-based immigration law firm is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Junior Immigration Attorney to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for those with a passion for immigration law and a desire to profoundly impact clients’ lives, offering ample opportunities for growth and development in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal support across various immigration cases including DACA renewals, family petitions, and naturalization.
  • Accurately prepare and file legal documents with immigration authorities.
  • Regularly communicate with clients, guiding them through their immigration journey with updates and expert advice.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Bar license in good standing; Washington DC or Virginia licenses preferred.
  • Demonstrated interest in immigration law through past internships or work/ law school experiences.
  • Adequate remote work setup with a PC or laptop, webcam, monitors, and speakers.
