Job Description
Pay Rate- $11.50 to $14.50 per hour depending on shift and department.
Production Job Responsibilities:
- Pack products based on daily orders.
- Meets specific orders in a timely manner.
- Keeps products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
- Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues..
- Utilizes a continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
- Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items.
- Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
- Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
- Securing loads to the machine before transportation.
- Inspecting for damages to vehicles.
- Scheduling vehicles for maintenance and repairs.
- Operating and managing technical equipment.
- Identifying workplace safety hazards.
- Adhering to safety management standards.
- Adhering to production schedules.
Forklift Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid fork-lift certificate.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Good physical condition.
- Mathematical aptitude.
- Good organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication.
Entry level and skilled. For 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift.
Positions are available immediately in the Opelika area.
