Our client in the design space, in Center City, Philadelphia is seeking an Office Administration | Receptionist to join their team!
This role is onsite Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 3:00pm, and off on Friday’s. This is a contract opportunity from May to October.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answer incoming calls
Assist employees with general information | tasks
Ensure kitchen is stocked with supplies, snacks, coffee, run dishwasher
Assist the HR Director with New Employee Orientation
Assist Finance department as needed
Work with IT company as needed
Order catering | In-house lunches
Check office supplies
Ensure printer has paper
Check mailbox located in parking garage, distribute to appropriate parties
Assist with conference | Zoom rooms
Qualifications:
Candidate must be computer literate | savvy in the following platforms: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, Teams
The ideal candidate is energetic, engaging, has a positive attitude, adaptable, problem solver, professional, organized and strong time management.
