As an Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes within the organization. This role will involve working with clients in a team environment to conduct internal audits, identify areas of improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with regulations and internal policies.
 
In this role, you will…
  • Conduct internal audits to assess the accuracy of internal controls, risk management practices, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Analyze financial data, operational processes, and other information to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Document audit findings, including control deficiencies and deviations from policies, and present results to management.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal audit policies and procedures.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
 
What We Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) are preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience in internal auditing or risk management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
