We are looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our client's growing team in its Durham/Chapel Hill offices. This hybrid position offers an extremely competitive compensation package with potential commissions and bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in all aspects of family law
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options
- Prepare and draft legal documents
- Negotiate with opposing counsel
- Litigate cases in court if necessary
Qualifications:
- North Carolina license to practice law
- 3-5 years of experience practicing family law
- A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong desire to work with a variety of personalities
