The ideal candidate should have 2 years of finance department leadership experience and know the ins and outs of lending institutions, service contracts, insurance programs, and preferably auto sales. Compensation:$120,000 - $240,000/yr
Responsibilities:- Offer aftermarket products, insurance programs, and service contracts during each vehicle purchase and support the sales manager’s efforts
- Adhere to strong ethical and customer satisfaction index (CSI) standards as a finance and insurance manager
- Help customers determine the auto finance and payment plans that are best for them
- Follow all regulations related to working with lending institutions, setting interest rates, and finalizing auto finance plans
- Establish and reach monthly finance and insurance manager goals for automotive sales, service contracts, customer service, and other key benchmarks
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is preferred
- Must have two or more years of experience working as a finance, insurance, or sales manager, preferably in a dealership setting
- An ability to keep customers happy throughout the loan application process and communicate effectively is necessary
