Lead Manual Machinist - DIRECT HIRE POSITION!
HIRING NOW for a Lead Manual Machinist for a Metal Fabrication Company in South Charlotte, NC.
** Tool & Die experience is PERFERED!
Summary:
This position is responsible for Leading the team- day to day operations of Manual Machining, both Manual and Mills, and Stamp Press Machines! Ensuring accurate production.
**We are only looking for candidates that have previous experience with manual Machining (Lathes & Mills). **
Work Schedule: - 4- 10-hour days!
Monday- Friday 5:00am- 3:00pm
Pay: $30.00-$34.00/hr, depending on level of experience.
This company offers benefits; PTO/ Vacation, Sick Time (1-3 years; 2 weeks, 5 years; 3 weeks, and 7 years; 4 weeks)
Job Requirements:
- Manual Lathe & Mill Machining.
- Ability to sharpen tools.
- Troubleshooting Machinery (Manual Lathes, Mill, Metal Stamp Press Machines).
- Machine Set up.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, instructions, and samples.
- Precise Measurements, ability to use Calipers & Micrometers.
- Tool & Die Experience REQUIRED!
- Lead Experience, supervising a team.
