## Overview

We are seeking a Monitoring Tools Specialist with over 10 years of experience in infrastructure and application monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tools like Dynatrace, SolarWinds, and ServiceNow ITOM.

## Key Qualifications

• Experience 10+ years in IT monitoring; 6-7 years in tool installation, maintenance, and operation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace, SolarWinds, ServiceNow ITOM, and similar tools. Coding experience with Python, Shell Script, PowerShell, and database knowledge (MSSQL/Oracle).
• Systems Knowledge: Server, cloud, virtualization, database, network, and container administration.

## Responsibilities

• Install, integrate, and deploy monitoring tools in various environments.
• Streamline processes through automation and maintain technical documentation.
• Analyze incidents, recommend, and implement monitoring solutions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to report application metrics.
• Create and execute test procedures post-implementation.
• Manage security remediation and lead problem resolution.
• Provide proactive diagnostic insights into application health.
• Maintain tool applications, updates, hotfixes, and upgrades.
• Develop custom monitors and maintain service standards using ITIL principles
• Transfer knowledge to team members and contribute to best practices.
