Customer Service Representative - Hiring Immediately

Are you are organized, a quick learner and passionate about helping others?

We are an outdoor patio furniture company looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not necessary. We are willing to train the right person for this job.

You will be helping our Customer Service Department with processing warranty claims and parts requests. This is a part-office, part-warehouse role. You must possess basic proficiency with computer data entry and have great phone/email etiquette. Must be able to lift to 30 to 45lbs with ease and complete physical tasks including packing/shipping parts.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer emails and calls.

Track calls and customer parts requests.

Create shipping labels for packages.

Locate replacement parts, package and ship to customers.

Assist with other duties as assigned.

Maintain clean and organized work space.

Qualifications:

· Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful.

· Customer Service experience preferred but not necessary.

· Basic proficiency with computers and data entry.

· Basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel.

· Professional phone and email etiquette.

· Ability to prioritize time, multi-task and follow-up.

· Ability to follow-up, trouble shoot and own the customer experience.

· Have knowledge for basic shipping platforms such as; FedEx, USPS & UPS.
