Job Description

We are looking for a passionate employee who can prepare, season, and cook/stir fry in industrial woks and use other standard commercial-grade equipment for all meats, vegetables, fish, poultry, and other food items for consumption. You will be expected to prepare and position our food to make an appealing arrangement for guests while ensuring that they have a favorable and authentic dining experience that aligns with Bomb’s culinary philosophy. Mastery of preparation and cooking of our food menu is a must. Duties include cooking specialty foods, under constant pressure to prepare meals quickly while ensuring quality is maintained and safety and sanitation guidelines are observed. As a cook, you may be asked to execute other tasks including but not limited to dishes, mopping, garbage disposal, etc. You may also be asked to take orders and enter them into our POS during your shift.
