**Responsibilities:**
- Manage a portfolio of properties, including residential and commercial units.
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
- Screen and select qualified tenants, handle lease agreements, and manage move-in and move-out processes.
- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property-related activities and financial transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to property owners and tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in property management, with a strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
