For over 65 years Waterloo transmissions And Complete Car Care has been providing quality service to the Akron, Canton, and Dover and surrounding communities. Since our beginning in 1967, as a small repair shop, we have grown to become a leader in the industry in retail, wholesale and remanufacturing of the highest quality transmissions and transmission repair services.

We are currently seeking experienced store manager for one or more of our busy shops in Akron, Canton and Dover. We offer an excellent benefit and compensation package and a drug free workplace. Many of our team members have been with us for over 20 years

Responsibilities

Manage a team of automotive service professionals to ensure a high level of employee morale and customer satisfaction while maintaining profitability.
Ensure repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the service department.
Manage the flow of service department paperwork, including manuals, invoices, repair orders, and maintenance records
