Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded IT Manager to lead our technology department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, with expertise in Microsoft 365 implementation, strategic planning, IBM Power 9 systems, and BASYS cloud software. This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and optimization of these solutions across the organization, as well as developing and executing long-term technology strategies to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other related applications.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IBM Power 9 systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Manage the deployment and configuration of BASYS cloud software, providing support and guidance to maximize its effectiveness for business operations. BASYS offers benefit administration technology solutions tailored for multiemployer plans, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for technology initiatives, aligning them with business objectives and priorities.
• Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and recommend solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and recommending adoption where appropriate.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring quality of service and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with expertise in Microsoft 365 implementation, IBM Power 9 systems, and BASYS cloud software.
• Proven track record of successfully leading technology initiatives from conception to implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services, IBM Power 9 systems, and BASYS cloud software, with proficiency in deployment and administration.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, IBM Certified System Administrator - Power Systems with IBM i, or BASYS Software Certification are a plus.
