Job Title: Customer Service Manager – Dental Lab

Location: Pennsylvania

Benefits: Full

Salary: Depends on Experience – Starting at 30 per hour

MUST HAVE WORKED IN A DENTAL LAB PRIOR AND UNDERSTAND ALL PROCEDURES AND PROTOCOLS

MUST BE ABLE TO DISECT LABTRAC SOFTWARE USED IN DENTAL LABS

Our team is currently seeking a Customer Service Manager with a robust background in dental laboratory processes and outstanding customer service skills. Familiarity with Labtrac software is a significant plus. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining client satisfaction and upholding our service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the customer service team to provide outstanding service.
Act as the primary liaison for client queries, orders, and issues.
Develop and enforce customer service protocols and guidelines.
Collaborate with lab technicians and other departments to ensure efficient and accurate order processing.
Utilize Labtrac software for effective management of customer data and service requests.
Analyze client feedback to recommend and implement improvements.
Address and resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.
Uphold industry standards and adhere to company policies in all operations.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated experience in customer service, particularly within the dental industry.
In-depth understanding of dental laboratory processes and terminology.
Experience with Labtrac software is highly beneficial.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Team-oriented mindset.
Commitment to maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a customer service position, ideally within a dental laboratory environment.
Experience in a leadership or managerial capacity is essential.
