Residential Property Manager

As the Property Manager, you will help supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the community. You will be responsible for the overall well-being and productivity of the community and office/maintenance team.

This position will report to the regional manager and requires leadership and team management experience.

$20 - $23 hourly

• Coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies
• Plan yearly budget, code and pay invoices and complete monthly reports
• Ensure sales and maintenance teams meet their necessary goals
• Post rent and follow the eviction and move-out processes
• Achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents
• Hires, terminates, supervises, coaches, and conducts disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Minimum of 2 years of property management experience
• Strong marketing and sales skills
• Property management software knowledge such as Yardi, OneSite, and BlueMoon
• Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
• Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers, vendors, and customers
