Customer Service Representative

Champion Chevrolet Buick GMC is seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Sales Department. If you enjoy helping customers through their car purchasing journey and providing courteous and professional assistance, we likely have the right opportunity for your next career move. We have an immediate opening for talented team members with exceptional communication skills. Previous business development, sales, service, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred but not required. 

Job Description

• A typical workday includes assisting multiple customers with the ambition to ensure customers are being communicated to in a timely, professional manner. You’ll be expected to spend most of your day on the computer emailing, making phone calls, talking with customers, answering questions, and providing appointment information. In addition, you’ll leverage email, texting, and video communications to support customer requests while they are considering our vehicles for purchase.
• You will be expected to work alongside the sales people by communicating customer information, needs, and follow up.
