HVAC Apartment Maintenance Technician
- $20 to $23 Hourly

HH Staffing is currently seeking an experienced HVAC EPA certified Maintenance Technician in the Davie, FL area.
This is a temporary work opportunity being offered through our staffing agency. Some positions can become permanent for the right candidates.
Work schedule is full time – 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
The HVAC Maintenance Technician performs general repairs and maintenance, punches, and turns within the apartments. The Maintenance Technician also prepares units for rental, cleans the grounds, and any other task assigned to meet property standards.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- EPA Universal Certification
- Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must have experience in the apartment industry or excellent handyman skills
