What you’ll do as an Operations Specialist:

• Create and merge quotes, validate order information, and verify payment terms with high attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Provide accurate price quotes and assist with proposals
• Responsible for complex quote configuration of products and services, pricing, discounting, and quote document generation
• Ensure compliance to all company and business policies, administer all open Renewals sales orders, and ensure appropriate order flow.
• Review and validate contract request intake form from Sales including validating customer information and existing contract information in Salesforce CRM
• Escalate in a timely and professional manner any issues that prevent the completion of tasks and achievement of SLA and targets
• Respond and action in a timely professional manner on any escalations received

What you’ll bring to the Operations Specialist role:

• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM
• Experience with Salesforce quoting (CPQ)
• Analytical strength to research existing contracts and determine correct existing costs
• Strong in mathematical calculations to determine discount percentages needed to reach target price
• Able to take instruction and respond quickly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
