Project Manager

Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a leading company in Bayside, NY to find a skilled individual to join the team as a Project Manager to lead and supervise multiple Building Envelope Restoration projects.

• Manage building exterior restoration projects including Facade Restorations, Roofing/Waterproofing Projects, Historic/Landmark Preservation, Window/Door Restoration Projects, and Building Surveys.
• Provide overall project management, including on-site inspections, scope/specifications development, bidding evaluation, construction monitoring, and report development.
• Attend site visits and client project meetings.
• Provide technical direction to Jr. Project Managers and AutoCAD Technicians.
• Support the firm's objectives of meeting client needs in a timely manner and delivering quality consulting services.
• Lead by example, fostering creativity, and promoting collaboration within and across teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in building envelope restoration projects required.
• Experience in all phases of work preferred, including inspections, design development, and construction monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Strong communication skills with clients, self-directed, diligent, and timely in completing tasks
