What we're looking for

Seeking a rock star Market Center Administrator (MCA) in Chapel Hill, NC. This energetic and positive applicant is growth-minded, detail oriented, professional, tech-capable and ready to assist Market Center leaders in supporting our real estate professionals.

This candidate will be working with and assisting a dynamic group of real estate professionals in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. This candidate must have strong people management/development skills, attention to detail, high standards, an accounting/bookkeeping background and an appetite for success.

What you'll do

• Accurate financial bookkeeping and accounting
• Daily, monthly, quarterly and annual budgets and projections
• Bank reconciliation for multiple accounts
• Record and track real estate transactions
• Daily, weekly and monthly transaction reconciliations and reporting
• timely and accurate monthly close process
• A/P for Market Center operation billing 
• Manage employee paperwork
• 1099s
• Administrative oversight
• Ad-HOC projects as needed
