Project Scheduler

South Central Power Company has an immediate opening for a Project Scheduler at our Lancaster, Ohio location. Candidates who have experience in coordinating multiple project timelines involving vendors and contractors and possess strong organization and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

The position is responsible for managing project timelines in the Transmission, Distribution, and Substation departments ensuring projects are effectively planned, scheduled, and executed to meet deadlines and cooperative standards.

We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented team player with experience in developing status reports, project management, and leading/facilitating meetings. This position reports directly to our manager of transmission and distribution field design.

What the job requires…

• High school diploma. An associate degree is preferred.
• Five years of experience in project scheduling, business management, process administration, or related field is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building and negotiating.
• Must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
