.65 CPM for INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS 1099
.60 CPM for W2 with All Possible benefits (all empty and loaded miles paid)

Requirements:

23 years old
2 yrs of exp. verifiable experience
No more than 1 moving violation within last year. No accidents within last 3 yrs
Clean MVR and PSP Record
No DUI or Criminal records
No SAP Drivers

ORIENTATION:
Paid $100 1 day, you are in the truck by the end of the day
