Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Coordinator to oversee the front end of large scale park and Amenity Center construction projects. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in the pre-construction and detailed planning stages, collaborating closely with vendors and architects to ensure accurate submittals, orchestrating the supply chain management of project orders and coordinating with our construction managers and sub-contractors. A key task is ensuring that material and labor schedules align.
This role primarily concentrates on the pre-construction phase and initial stages of construction, eventually transitioning the majority of project responsibilities to our construction managers.
You will also be responsible for assisting with some technical elements of estimating. Understanding of detailed construction/architectural plans and processes is a requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects.
- Create comprehensive submittal packages and work with architects to approve construction materials.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks and ensure compliance with timelines.
- Communicate project needs and updates effectively with all team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensuring that material and labor schedules align for uninterrupted work.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes of outdoor spaces and clubhouses.
- Proficient with Bluebeam or similar program, Procore, Excel.
- Excellent organizational, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or a related field is preferred but not required.
