Head Lice Technician

The Lice Lounge is an upscale lice removal salon looking to hire our next compassionate and caring tech to join our team. As our Salon Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services, performing lice removal services, educating clients and helping them feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Opportunities to grow with the company and manage junior techs are available.

Duties:

• Provide exceptional guest services and ensure customer comfort and satisfaction 
• Perform Head Lice removal services 
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with front desk duties as needed (I think this covers upselling and software stuff)

Skills

• Very personable, good communicator and loves having a good time
• Willingness to learn and a passion for educating clients
• Comfortable using software for scheduling and managing client information (will train)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences 
• Sales and passion-oriented mindset with the ability to sell salon products
• Strong desire to grow with the company and manage junior techs as they join our team!
