You will likely handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records, coordinating with vendors for equipment purchases, and managing facility rentals for events or parties. You will collaborate with local schools or community organizations to establish partnerships or outreach programs. Additionally, part of your role might involve staying updated on industry trends, attending workshops or conferences, and continuously seeking opportunities to improve and expand the gym's offerings.

As a scamp’s gymnastics manager you might be involved in community engagement initiatives, such as organizing fundraisers or volunteering opportunities, to give back to the community and promote the values of the gym beyond its walls.

What it takes to succeed:

Here is what it takes! All you need is 1 year of experience in supervisory and young youth (more is always BETTER!) Having the basic knowledge of gymnastics and working with younger children. You will need to have an adequate level of manual dexterity and sense of balance.
