Job Description

Shift: Monday- Friday 7AM-3:30PM and 1 on-call weekend.
Pay: $125/hr
This is a temporary assignment that is slated for 6 months with possibility for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
Position is responsible for providing clinical care for the animal colony. Including, performing veterinary rounds as scheduled, and provide clinical care and preventive medicine support.
Position is also responsible for performing surgical support and provide anesthesia, surgical and analgesic technical expertise/advice to facilitate protocol development. Including, assisting in the development and deliver training for staff. training may include veterinary diagnostics, techniques and minor surgical procedures.

Qualifications:

Must have a DVM or VMD from and AVMA accredited veterinary college or a ECFVG and PAVE without a degree from AVMA accredited school.
