We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Front End Receptionist. Ideal candidate will maintains and correctly manage confidential information in accordance to FERPA regulations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate offices or staff, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. Receives and directs visitors and customers to appropriate staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate Degree, and at least one (1) year of related experience.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team building.
- Customer service oriented.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Detail oriented and well organized.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive, professional relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Computer competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
