- Develop accurate estimates, providing clear explanations
- Proactively address client concerns and questions
- Partner with the team to deliver a positive experience from start to finish

- Ability to calculate costs and understand project scope
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine desire to help people
