Craftsmen Contractors is seeking dynamic Residential Sales Consultants to join our team. If you enjoy engaging with customers, want to earn uncapped commissions and are self-motivated to excel in the field of exterior remodeling, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Self-Generating Sales Activities: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through self-generated activities, such as networking, canvassing, and attending community events. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.

Consultative Selling: Understand homeowners' needs and aspirations. Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, windows, and more. Tailor solutions to meet each customer's unique requirements. Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers. Ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Consistently strive to maximize your earning potential through commission-based compensation.

Prescheduled Leads: Successfully convert pre-scheduled leads into satisfied customers. Utilize your excellent communication and presentation skills to demonstrate the value of our exterior remodeling services.

Qualifications:

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

A drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
